What type of lysine is better?

Post by ofonorow » Fri Sep 14, 2012 2:27 pm

Thank you. I have been diagnosed with intermittend claudication. I have been using the Pauling theraphy:i take 1000mg vitamin C with 1000mg L-Lysine, 3 times per day, My question: is it better to use Free Form L-Lysine, or Amino Acid Chelated L-Lysine? I am just not sure!

It would be nice if someone, somewhere in medicine was actually studying Pauling and Rath's theory!

From what we know - it doesn't matter. Spectacular results started with Tower Heart technology from the first person who began using it in 1996 - forward.
