Once again!! If you take Vitamin Supplements and are put on blood thinners (Warfarin) do not stop taking your supplements. Be consistent in your intake of them and they can adjust your dosing of thinners to attain the proper INR levels but if you take Vitamin suplements "IF and When." or your diet is erractic, then you will be involved in a numbers chase and a lot of useless blood tests. The Key is to be consistent in diet and supplements it's just that easy to stay healthy and get good test results.
