Hello,
I am interested in ordering your products for heart disease prevention, but I have a question about bowel tolerance. It seems that Dr. Pauling advocated large amounts of Vitamin C, but I have always had adverse bowel tolerance at levels above 1,000mg. Is this something that is known to go away with gradual levels of increased dosage?
Thanks,
D.
My father's tolerance was only 200 mg. (And he died prematurely (age 69) of a massive heart attack)
If Lypo-C had been available, he'd probably still be with us.
You can get vitamin C today in this (liposomal) form with almost no bowel issues.
There is at least a chance that your low bowel tolerance is because you are extremely healthy! How much vitamin C do you regularly supplement?
