my friend, personal trainers, 8% bodyfat
thinks getting a Coronary Artery Calcium Score is useful
I tell him to just take AA, Vit K, niacin/apples(reduce LPA) and get the proper nutrients from food and add in some MG, B-vitamins
is a Coronary Artery Calcium Score useful at all?

I guess if it's high,
http://www.docsopinion.com/2014/08/19/c ... ium-score/then you can add more Vit K, lysine/proline. AA
or what can you do it its high?
would a LpA test be better?

oh, numbers
My Lp(a) was done by LabCorp about 10 times over the past year - never over 4 and usually closer to -0-. My last calcium score was 1401
how can my calcium score by high and yet my LPA score be so low?
