Good morning. What is the proper dosage of vitamin A and vitamin D to take with a daily super-k pill? Also, vitamin d2 or d3?

D2 versus D3 is easy - D2 is an artificial form of vitamin D, not recommended and should not be available. However, in my experience, the best way to achieve vitamin D levels is to sit in the sun or under a UV/B lamp. (UV/B on the skin generates vitamin D. I learned this from Weston-Price many years ago. They updated and changed around this article, but it contains the gist: http://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/abcs-of-nutrition/from-seafood-to-sunshine-a-new-understanding-of-vitamin-d-safety/#sunlight

Her is an update by Weston-Price on vitamins A and D. http://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/update-on-vitamins-a-and-d/

From my own research, as long as you get above 1000 iu of vitamin A daily, you should not risk a deficiency. Linus Pauling, based on his discussions with Roger J. Williams, recommended 25,000 iu daily of vitamin A.
