Is this a recent elevation since starting VC? Any idea how long its been this way?

Here is some reading on the subject.

Usually elevated B12 levels doesnt come from supplementation but a much deeper problem with the bodies ability to make use of B12. Could be an indication of a serious issue.

I would certainly think its worth checking into. Id probably start by using a different lab and having test retaken. Then see your normal doc and see what additional tests they would recommend. If it was due to kidney/liver issues I would expect some other bloodwork to show abnormalities as well.
