My doctor refused to order a VAP test

I'm so angry right now, of course I'm going to find another doctor. He said "I am not going to waste your insurance company's money.". This after I get a devastating calcium score.

Well...if you check the VAP test and others...
"Conclusions: As measurement of LDL subclasses becomes increasingly important, standardization of methods is needed. Variation among currently available methods renders them unreliable and limits their clinical usefulness."
