Does everyone follow Linus Paulings regimen?

I think its 6000 to 180000 mg of vitamin c everyday.
A super b complex, vitamin a, e and the mineral formula which contains (calcium iron iodine copper magnesium manganese zinc molybdenum chromium selenium).

He does not mention taking a vitamin d or k2.

As of right now I am only taking 1000-2000mg or if I am sick(more) of sodium ascorbate.

vit k2 is a good addition to lower CAC because it takes calcium out of soft tissue
vit D is also good to take, if you arent in range

I would skip the calcium, iron, zinc unlesss you know you are deficient

1-2 grams is not Pauling therapy
lysine proline is also required

right yeah I remember you mentioning the k2 a couple months ago in a topic I know K2 is fat soluble same as d3 right? that means too much can be harmful? I know 1-2 grams in not pauling therapy but I am definitely seeing results in my skin veins look a little thicker after a year of use too, im not taking lysine and proline though I eat alot of lean meats and livers/heart.

I would like to add the b complex and d3 maybe k2 I am talking to you in the other topic about it thanks. I am not sure if I am deficient. Anyways thanks for the information and replies. Also magnesium stearate is that really good for you or not? I know maltodextrin is not..
