DiverDown2,
You're welcome.
It's the best at the moment considering your limitations, took me 3 hrs keeping each parameter in mind.
Well there is an even better or an ultimate one, which we could keep as a backup, just in case.

Good luck, stay safe and get your health issues straightened.

Keep in mind that the vast majority of animals make their own vitamin C (ascorbate) in amounts adjusted for body weight between 3,000 to 13,000 mg per day. Human supplementation is to make up for the GULO genetic defect, otherwise our own bodies would make high amounts of vitamin C.

If the urine is alkaline what does that imply? Does it mean that body is acidic or alkaline? The inversion in meaning (below) is always hard to wrap my mind around.

Medical Medium
Life Changing Foods
Acidity, Alkalinity, and PH Test Strips
pg. 285

Acidity and alkalinity ... is based on a sound concept: when the body is acidic, it contributes to illness by feeding pathogens....

For one thing, the results of test strips mean the opposite of what everyone thinks they do. When a person's urine gets an acidic pH reading, it means she or he is becoming more alkaline -- because when you're detoxing and consuming alkaline juice and foods, pH (that is, alkalinity), because when your'e acidic internally, you excrete alkaline minerals such as calcium. So pH strips can be handy -- if you flip the meaning of the results

So more acid in the urine means the body is losing acidity and becoming more alkaline, and visa versa.
