I am not exactly sure what to ask to be honest. I have CAD , 3 of my hearts arteries
have 30 percent narrowing in a 4 different segments and I want to do
something to stop or reverse it but I feel like a ticking time bomb. I read
about the Linus Pauling vitamin C therapy and that it may help to reverse
issues like mine but it sounds too easy and if this works why doesn't my
doctors ever mention it to me? I am on a statin that makes me feel pain all
over my body. I am only 43 years old and want to beat this disease but don't
want to waste my time doing stupid things that won't help me. Does the
Pauling methoed work and if so whats the easiest way for me to take all the
stuff I need to take to help get my arteries back to where they should be? I
am already eating extra vitamin c tablets and have joined a gym. But I know
there is more that has to be done besides the vitamin C so can you explain
at all and point me in the right direction?

Well, that is part of the motivation for writing the book PRACTICING MEDICINE WITHOUT A LICENSE? The Story of the Pauling THerapy for Heart Disease. It does sound too simple and it is being ignored by cardiology.

You are not alone. While you are doing the research, take a 500 mg tablet of ascorbic acid every 4 hours Set your watch. Sams club sells vitamin C tablets as ascorbic acid without a lot of "junk" in them.

If you can do this, then it would be even better to take 2 tablets every 4 hours (1000 mg). This is completely safe and is likely to be highly effective all by itself. Now Pauling came up with a way that quickly reverses existing plaques, which is to add the aminao acid lysine. But the entire story is a long one, and contained in our book.
