How broad spectrum is lypo vitaimn C?

Is lypo C as broad spectrum as oral, IV and IM vitamin C? I understand that lypo C enters cells very easily but what about the abilities of lypo C to remove mercury, lead and other heavy metals from the body?
Endotoxins and exotoxins are not necessarily living cells. Things like the toxins from snake bite, spider bite, jellyfish sting, scorpion sting, puss catapillar, bee sting, etc. are enzymes and not living cells--they cannot reproduce. Does lypo C neutralize them? I can understand how a simple chemical reaction with ordinary vitamn C can neutralize these toxins in the blood but lypo C apparently doesn't dissasociate into the Na and ascorbate ions until after it enters cells.
