Thoughts? 50 grams of iv c once a week for 8 weeks and then going once a month 50 grams iv c vs doing 1 packet of lypo c every day

The half life of vitamin C in the blood is 30 minutes.

So obviously taking vitamin C daily (as Linus Pauling recommended - not skipping a single day) is the better course no matter what the reason for taking vitamin C.

The reason for taking an IV is to increase blood levels high enough for a particular (usually anti-viral) therapeutic effect.
