We think we know that liposomal vitamin C is very effective, perhaps 10 times IV/C, but I'm not sure we know why.
What if it has little more to do than the small size of the vitamin C particles inside liposomes?
The uneducated fellow with the spirit in his ear greatly simplified methylation to my mind: Methylation is a process of making nutrients bio-available by our cells - by making them smaller! Hmmmm. We're are also told by the spirit that vitamin C has to be methylated, in order to be usable.
Could smallness be the reason liposomal vitamin C works? Simply because the vitamin is reduced to the size of nanometers (inside its lipid container). And could very small vitamin C particles be usable by cells simply by virtue of their smallness?
... a methylation issue can interrupt the conversion process of non-active bulky vitamins and other nutrients into small bio active version that can be absorbed by the cells.
The "smallness" idea might also explain why experienced vitamin C doctors tell us that there is a clinical difference between ordinary vitamin C powder (e.g. fine ascorbic acid) and the UltraFINE vitamin C powder. They tell us that the smaller grained UltraFINE vitamin C are superior, i.e., that their patient's experience a higher bowel tolerance (implying that more of the ultrafine vitamin C left the gut for the blood stream, i.e., and didn't reach the colon), etc.
The Foundation's glucose-meter experiments showed the massive 3-minute entry into the blood stream was after gulping Ultrafine ascorbic acid.
METHYLATION
Anthony William MEDICAL MEDIUM discussion of methylation (RESTORING GUT FLORA AND MAXIMIZING B12 PRODUCTION)
The ileum, the final section of your small intestine, is the man center for B12 absorption and production. Its's also where methylation occurs.
Virtually everyone in the U.S. is dealing with a B12 deficiency and/or a methylation issue.
First, when methylation goes wrong, it can prevent the true bio-absorption of critical micro nutrients and trace minerals.
Second, a methylation issue can interrupt the conversion process of non-active bulky vitamins and other nutrients into small bio active version that can be absorbed by the cells.
Third, a heightened level [of toxins]... can interfere with methylation, preventing proper conversion and absorption of nutrients.
Human thoughts on methylation:
Simply put, methylation is breaking down and converting substances. It does so by taking a single carbon and three hydrogens, known as a methyl group, and applying it to countless metabolic reactions in your body. If we are breathing, we are methylating.
