High dose b vitamins, specifically folic acid, b3, b6, and b12 can improve Alzheimer's and probably prevent it by lowering and managing homocysteine levels. High plasma homocysteine levels are a strong independent risk factor for Alzheimer's and dementia. It is easily controlled with b vitamins. Not an expensive patented drug cure so it's been buried and fraudulent drug studies have been promoted instead.
