Any thoughts on this? They say night mode is worse than blue light in the evenings.

I sent my brother who couldn't sleep some blue-blocking glasses, which he wore and promptly fell asleep as soon as he hit the pillow. The theory is that certain frequencies of light turn off melatonin, making it hard to sleep. And that computers and phones are emitting frequencies that inhibit melatonin.
