Before I came here, I was over here at Peak Testosterone forum.
Where they worship low fat gurus/ high nitrate diets/and HRT so older men can have sex(science based)
they dont believe in Pauling therapy or you need more than 1 gram vit C/day
They dont understand why a plant based diet will reverse CAD, but do believe in many things that are going to help you eat better
they do believe in HRT, that guys who have low testostrone are going to need a boost
they also get mad at the RDA for constantly changing a MD can deem is a low testosterone man, the ranges have changed a lot in last 10 years
dietarywise i think Owen would love these people.

I knew the admin, we were friends for years, but he died texting/driving when he ran a stop sign/.
but I'm sure he had great testosterone/estrogen ratio and he did take 4 grams/days vi C
but even so, this site is all about low fat being the cure for CAD, not vit C

I was trying to get the admin to get on pauling therapy, andhe seemed to be trying but his board(some MDs) didnt like the idea of vit C doing anything

I am going to share another reason I have become rather excited about all this, and I'm sure the people in your forums are experimenters, like Body Builders, they try and know what works, so I have no doubt that their info is interesting, however, for me it will have to wait and I rely on you... Anyway, diabetics tend to have ED. I thought I knew why, nerve damage. Apparently not, after 3 days "Grazing", not only did my ED symptoms resolve, but I had a 3 hour ejection that wouldn't go away.. I started thinking about that Viagra commercial about calling the doctor, but I hadn't taken any pills!? Apparently, it is the FAT clogging cells that cause the penis to expand.. Sorry if this offends.. But who would have thunk..

ofonorow wrote:They don't realize how lucky they are, per last paragraph. You can turn off your own testosterone with HRT, and as far as we know, it will not return, placing you dependent on Testosterone injections. There are herbs and medicine that promote your own production of T, and I'll post them later.
Clomid is typically used as an infertility treatment in females. It's not approved by the FDA for use in males, but it's often prescribed off-label for treatment of male infertility. Taking Clomid can lead to an increase in testosterone and sperm count. Studies on its efficacy in males have had mixed results

Its a great post - for the vitamin C part of the forum. .
ofonorow wrote:Or have you started reading medical medium and are starting to understand that a root of much evil is the Epstein-Barr virus, and thatyes, we Orthomolecularists have an anti-viral tool that modern medicine ignores?
As far as how Anthony knows what he says the SOURCE knows, you can't have it both ways. Sure he could have found a link to Ashwagandha, but so far in my Reading, there is no mention of using it for testosterone - he recommends for a completely different reason. (When you get to it, let me know if that is already known.)
It was just a synchronicity by the N.D. Guru, like the ones you know, who recommended it, and that little uneducated faker Anthony would list it. There are lots of things Anthony lists, and at some point I will start paying closer attention to them.
I have no understanding of wtf you just said .
"like the one I know"??
testostrone? no, you know how you increase testostrone
1 lose fat(thus lower aromatase)
2 drugs
Ashwagandha increases the production of nitric oxide is stimulated in their bodies
which might flip the switch for dementia, like alz

So my dear john jackson, start reading MEDICAL MEDIUM.. I know it hurts to think about reading a book, but you can do it via kindle, so its a lot like reading internet pagesYou will learn for the first time in your life, "True Knowledge that you never have to worry about being overturned." Should you find a violation of that dictum, e.g. that the brain can't be mostly carbohydrate, post it and we will debate.[/color][/b]

I shared your obsession with MM with others, also well educated, and they dont understand your obsession.
recall,I asked a simple question and never got a simple answer
1 about "liver rescue" and how to avoid what your MM says 90% of people get?
no answer
2 HRT forum has made the lives of many people worthwhile again., helped decrease insulin resistance and other benefits that having low T or high E dont have
3 "grazing is good"?
how do you define grazying? eating all the time?
even thru evolution(you believe in that, right?) humans didnt grazy
deleted because too long and not understandable, at least by me.
I love it because there are 2 ways to diet
1 eat less, lose weight--get leaneer
2 feed others around you, making them fatter and you looking smaller./
