Not really. I do not know the current numbers for these, but for many nutrients the actual intake is well below RDA for as many as 70% of Americans. We know the RDA are silly, but these numbers would mean that these women have just increased their C/E intakes by a factor of 4 or more. What it does show is that they really needed it.
But once more, we ain't saying nothin' except more study is needed, got a boat payment coming.
