Simple answer: cleaning, general maintenance - lungs throat nose are main points of entry, they have to be cleaned out.

And the entire endeavor was designed to get rid of Trump, and open the door for the mRNA bioweapons, aka Covid Vaxes.

However if I spend some time out in cold wet weather there's a 50-50 chance I will get sick.
Both have been repeatable my entire life.
