Have a friend with a persistent cough that has steadily worsened especially since last fall.
This person recently left the 5G grid (city) to visit friends in a farm like setting for a couple weeks,
upon his return I noticed the cough completely gone. When questioned, he told me his issues cleared up almost
immediately, within a couple days.

That's interesting, I live in suburbs of a big city and a few times lately when I have driven a bit outside the city on an errand or whatever, I feel immediately much calmer for me it is very noticeable I thought it is maybe the emf lower.

Yeah, glad its not just me I think it must be emf. Ran across photos I took of my town some 15 years ago I forgot how much calmer it was. Others I have talked to have remarked on this as well. Here's another source for a meter that is supposed to detect 5G. (not $1000)

I have used meters that are supposed to be good for 4G etc., I believe that the V/m3 emf density reading of the meter I use doesn't always tell you a good result, that is lower readings can have high noise associated with them that can affect you. As for mitigation...I have tried center for implosion research and the pyramid of life. They do seem to help. You can't measure it but it does do something. I need to get regular with these countermeasures and/or find a nice quiet place to live in the horrible new modern emf sense. But then Elon Musk's global satellite wifi system thing comes...hopefully not.

There is shielding paint, looked into it a bit back in 2020 but never tried it. Might be worth investigating?
