Johnwen posted this and you probably know this since you stopped taking statins , but I thought I'd post it anyway in case you haven't read it.

				I agree, thanks.
Update, my LPa is now only known as less than 10, down from 13 is April.
My non calculated LDL is 68 from 75 calculated in Dec '16.
I bought some DMSO on ebay & it caused my creatine to jump to 1.33! I may post in the general forum but it seems real pharmaceutical grade DSMO would be the best treatment for the polluted fake.

				This months blood test results:
CREATININE	1.35 mg/dL
I wonder if this is from the cheap DMSO, too much protein or what. Getting a retest in a month. Am on dandelion root, horsetail, michael's water balance & 500mg reduced glutathione for now.
CHOLESTEROL	134 mg/dL
TRIGLYCERIDE	189 mg/dL
HDL	61 mg/dL
LDL CALCULATED	35 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL/HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN	2.2
CHOLESTEROL, NON-HDL	73 mg/dL
Everything is down but for the TRIGLYCERIDE which I anticipated in the non fasting test. Seems 200 is the point when a fasting test is a check on this. I was 65 in April, fasting.
Oh yea, LPa is less than 10! That is the best Quest Diagnostics can provide.
Off of the fish oil and on cod livers + Seasons water pack sardines. Also swithched to Jarrow K mk7 @ 270 to 360 / day, from LE super k.

Yes. 1.33 a month ago & 1.35 now. That is technically stage 3 failure.

Also If you are a bit dehydrated before the test it can change the GFR rate so when you repeat the test make sure you drink lots of water the day before.

I drink 16 oz with each VC hit 6 times a day plus maybe half again more of other non soda drinks.
To note, when I told him what I had learned here but not disclosing the source, that BP is related to dehydration (Johnwen) he said that was news to him!
My BP at this "excited" visit was 100/59. From 120 to 130 over 65 to 75 previously.
I pee all day long & wake 3 to 4 times night also.
I think it may be too much protein...

I started taking Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin seed oil, and Pygeum. I don't know which is helping but the force of my urine stream has markedly improved and I went from waking 3-4 times a night to once or not at all. I'm really happy so I'm just going to keep taking all three.

Thank you.
I got pumpkin seeds, Jarrow Saw Palmetto but did not see a lot of change, yet some improvement.
I am in the ER presently with a bout of intense abdominal pain. Echo shows no irregularities. They think I may have passed a GB stone or liver problems- bilirubin is 1.6 from 1.3 a month ago. Holding me overnight & a liver panel...
No LP for a day.

I feel your pain - having to go in the hospital. Let us know what they find.
Reviewing this topic, your total cholesterol is very low, like mine - only 134 mg/dl.
Where on the abdomen is the pain?
