Maybe all of them? A source I read recently talks about the black plague and people supposedly caught poisoning wells in Europe with a white powder, supposedly they confessed that they knew when something was going to happen via astrology that may have bad effect on people and they acted their agenda in concert with it.

C19 comet (named for the Asteroid Terrestrial-Impact Last Alert System) is a fragment of the great comet of 1844 which appeared simultaneous that year to an unknown fever and respiratory disease, as per the Bill Page compilation of Epidemics and infectious diseases 1844-1922.

Very, also all pre late 1800's plagues/pandemics coincide with the arrival of comets and or solar activity.
But the minimal isolated/localized outbreaks (Wuhan,Cruise Ship,Newyork) would be a problem.
