What is the difference between Cardio-C and Heart Tech?

I was wondering about the distinction between your house brand Cardio C and the Tower Heart Tech product. I am of very limited means but I had an event this weekend that scared me and I want to do something. So, I guess it comes down to which is most cost effective? And is there a significant difference between the two products?
