Yes, it's of big value both in controlling symptoms and even a curing, depends on stage, lifestyle etc.

Hopefully I am not repeating myself. There is a wonderful new book LIFE FORCE by Tony Robbins, This book is an awe inspiring look into the future of medicine. We learn about a new FDA approved technique to instantly rectify Parkinson's called Focused Ultrasound. The device and therapy was developed by an Israeli company; and combines an MRI with ultrasound and avoids brain surgery. Turns out there is one center in Illinois that does it (Rush) and it is covered by Medicare.
One of the reasons I'm hesitating is because the treatment is designed for those with tremors (my wife has never had tremors). She does not like that fact that currently, the head has to be shaved for the out-patient treatment.
Another reason is that she has improved markedly from using the Jerry Tennant (Healing is voltage) electrical devices and supplements.
Another reason is that in the same book, Robbin's provides information on the company Biosplice Therapeutics. Not only does this company have a "pill" in Phase 3 FDA trials that cures osteoarthritis, (regenerates new cartilage) but they are working on "pills" that regenerate brain tissue, i.e. treatments for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

update
I had PRP shot 2 months ago
my ankle is almost pain free
I take few packs of gel vit c, k2, 5-9 grams AA powder
and I eat every other day(to increase HGH)
the big help came when I added 1-2 grams of glycine to my supps
I had a friend(nurse) who swore glycine healed his torn ligament as confirmed by MRI
I still cant walk the few miles(5-6) I do daily at work
but I walk around my home, in out shower, and upstairs
and its getting better still
I might get another PRP shot in a few weeks
Last time I saw my orthopod, I used a knee scooter and he told me hed give me a shot, but its not gonna help
something helped!!
