Essential oil to remove Artery plaque?

I heard from a Naturopathic Doctor that he had great results with 2 essential oils to remove plaque from clogged arteries,
Had a co-workers father had a severe heart attack, after using this treatment had a remarkable recovery that his doctor couldn't believe how it was possible.
My sister keep getting shortness of breath while walking/activities, I asked if she wanted to try it, after using them for few weeks she said it had relieved all shortness of breath, and she had much more energy.
I can't confirm if it was plaque since she didn't do before & after scan, but just putting it out there in case someone likes to try it.
The recommended oil by this dr was Young Living
Helichrysum essential oil
&
Cistus essential oil
3 drops of each in a capsule 3 times a day for 6 weeks
Since Young living is so expensive I have been using edensgarden essential oils with no side-effects
But some family members have told me they can't take oils because they have gall stones and it causes pain (just FYI)
If anyone tries it and can confirm if it actually works, I would love to know.
