Case report: Poorly controlled Diabetes!!

A 45yr old poorly controlled diabetic lady approached with multiple complications.
Labs conducted prior to seeing me, HbA1c 12.5, TG 1080, BSR 580, low serum insulin, severe Candida Albican infection, on Ultrasound Fatty liver infiltration stage2/3, 2 uterine fibroids (which I plan curing using CT guided ablation technique).
Posting results after 7 days of treatment.
From the other lab and is clear now.
IL-6 marker for Cardiac, Atherosclerosis, cancers, Liver disorders, infections and much more.
Sonogram before treatment on 27th Feb.
Sonogram on 9th March, fatty infiltration cured.
Lipids and Renal Function.
Lpa, CRP, Electrolytes, LFTs.
