All the mummies were of high socio-economic status and would have had a rich diet.

Yes, and thanks for the reminder.

It is interesting that this news will make heart disease experts scramble, and the so-called theories of modern medicine have to be quickly revised (at least spun) to take into account these finds. (Actually, I do not really know of a legit theory regarding heart disease posed by modern medicine).

And again, the Pauling/Rath unified theory stands tall in the face of new data - for the upteenth time.
