VIT C IV at home

Post by erik92 » Tue Jan 28, 2020 2:39 pm

I am planning on purchasing this VIT C to administer at home (my niece is nurse) as it is quite expensive doing it at the clinic. This has already been buffered for ph 5.6-6.6.
Has anyone tried? Do I just add this to saline water bag , shake it and ready to go?

Yes you do. I'd add this to a 500ml or 1000ml and infuse slowly for the first time. Have a glass of milk handy if you start to get a headache.
I would like to know how much that 25g costs if you have the price.

Here is thread on forum covering this. Saline not necessary. Sterile water will suffice. Have a read.

You should also look at iv vitamins from PharmaLife Laboratories...we are using this therapy at home as well
