I believe in angels...

If you would ask me what was important to me this year, then for me the first thing is that I got to know my guardian angels.
They really do exist.
Angels in human form.
Four years ago after my heart attack they fought for my life. Five guardian angels. They reanimated me and saved my life. How grateful I must be to them and the one who sent them to me...

With the thought of the angels I wish every one here in the Forum

A MERRY CHRISTMAS

I wish everyone here in the forum a happy New Year

The newspaper surprised me somewhat with its review of the year. They wrote about the most beautiful stories of the year. And my guardian angel story (see my post from Wed Dec 23, 2020) was among the top ten. The newspaper reported about it in February and helped me to find my guardian angels.

Yes, and it was the highest it has ever been 319 up from 212, what the F--K, I take minimum 18 G. Vitamin-C + 9 G. L-Lysine + 2 G. L-Proline.
Total Cholesterol = 176
HDL = 44

The only thing that has changed is I started taking Flaxseed oil, 1 Tbs. AM and 1 Tbs. PM.

I hope taking Vitamin-C, L-Lysine and L-Proline will make LP(a) stick to them not arteries.

The only factor for me seems to be Heredity and High LP (a).

I did basically like you, Exercised almost daily, eat good, except for the LP (a) cholesterol was where doc's want it, No Stress, BP good.

First Heart Attack from what the Cardiologist said was a Self Induced Blood Clot due to, While Scuba Diving got in a severe Current and had to Swim so hard to get out of it, He said i broke loose a plak and caused a Clot the blocked off the blood.

Second was from them putting in a size 3 stent when it should have been a 4, ( too small) at least while they were in the artery they stretched the stent to a 4.
If you can help it Never go to the ER on the weekend, My wife is a cardio nurse and said during the week if they run out of a certain size they will just use what they have left, before replenishing after the weekend.
