2. I just bolded the part about using regular fat because it seems Americans going to a "low fat" diet has help spur on the Obesity problem. as these graphs show

Mr. Blade,
Again - Please post links not entire texts that few people will read. Doing so is considered spam.

I deleted my article which was printed in the Australian Nexus magazine. People who want to read it can follow your link.

Since we are on the topic of spam, it is also rather annoying to see the entire text in the previous message quoted. (Its right above) If there is a sentence or two you want clarified, then by all means - quote that sentence.

This will make it a lot easier to address any questions that you may have. Thank you.

What I learned about "unrefined" salt was from reading Dr. Brownstein's book SALT.

so if I want to get salt into my diet, what do you recommend?
just some Celtic Sea Salt?
I don't have time/money to just buy books when all I need to know is what to add to my diet, I hope you understand

Blade:
Here's an article by Brownstein that gives a good picture on the difference is refined and unrefined salt.

Also the salt you linked to amazon is cheaper at vitacoast about $4-

I usually buy my efas(carlson's) from vitacost because it is so much cheaper than anywhere else

I do have concerns about unrefined salts containing Fluoride and Aluminum. I avoid both in my water/toothpaste. Should I be worried about voluntarily taking those elements into my body?
