I have been doing the pauling protocol for about a year. I currently take 50 gm of vitamin c a day. My lp(a) is barely
moving and my lppla2 is increasing. Any comments or advice would be helpful.

What are you using for vitamin C and Lysine if I might ask....because I think the quality of the vitamin C and Lysine is crucial to getting good results..I would also suggest that you buy vita-chek C test strips to check your urine for vitamin C ..

2 scoops a day cardio c. Rest solgar brand vit c abd lysine.

I finally received the test strips and it reads that vitaminc in my urine is 100% so that must be a good thing right...

I use vita-chek. Test strips I got them on line for 10.95 for 50 strips
