So they actually spent millions of dollars to "develop" an antiviral nasal spray instead of walking to the corner drugstore and buying a bottle of hydrogen peroxide for 68 cents to put in a nebulizer.

How many people have died without knowing about nebulizing h202 just because the treatment couldn't be monitized?
