Association between vitamin B2 intake and cognitive performance among older adults: a cross-sectional study from NHANES

In the final adjusted model, vitamin B2 intake showed a considerable association (IRT, OR = 0.77, 95% CI: [0.65, 0.92], P = 0.004; AFT, 0.75, [0.64, 0.88], P <  0.001; DSST, 0.72, [0.59, 0.88], P = 0.001) with cognitive performance

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is what gives the urine its yellow color when you take a B-complex as recommended by LInus Pauling.

The genius of the late William Decker, founder and CEO of Tower Laboratories was to add Vitamin B2 to his Heart Technology products (as we did with our Cardio-C product line) as a "coloring" agent to make the drink turn a little orange. Vitamins usually have various health benefits, especially if there is a deficiency in the diet. Who knew that we'd also be helping our customer's "cognitive performance?"
