Nice work - everything seems to reset and allow cells to uptake goodness again?!
I remember using nebulised DMSo after a 7km run/walk which left me tachy for a few hours after 130bpm still at 2hrs after finishing (yes i am fat and unfit too boot)- within 2mins 89 bpm.
Same effect on BP which i think i have stupidly only realised probably why my eyesight is blurred at times- with a regular 195/125 reading .
I have 3 litres of DMSO and going to use orally IV and Nebulise for the next few weeks. I certainly know my liver is more fat than liver too.

Also have a friend coming over had a lipoma taken off shoulder then next day neck swelled and has hodgkins lymphoma- going to try DMSO too.
Aah the struggle is real.

Interesting this is SAmerican system wherre blood glucose norm is around 80-120? So your two fat ladies is low end of normal.
DOes DMSO help push the glucose into cells with a mechanism?
How do you do your pushes- 12ml push is that 3ml of 99%DMSO in 9ml saline?
How does DMSO reduce BP? Especially if it is a natural bradycardiac medication- slower heart higher BP?

Cheers Jimmy

From Parkinson's thread end of July
Both my wife and I have started regular weekly DMSO pushes.
I did notice that my wife was more cogent after the first push.
After the first two (8 ml) the doc went on vacation, we missed a treatment, and she seemed to digress mentally during the second week between pushes.
Last Saturday, her last push was 10ML, and I did a 12ML.
Other than the smell, I haven't noticed a particular benefit, and so far no noticeable benefit at the higher doses.
eDOC says it might take 3 or 4 months to reverse her Parkinson's, so we will continue for at least 3 more months.

Today, Oct 25, 2024, after about 3 months (jul-oct) 12 sessions, most with 12 ml DMSO pushes, I can report that although my wife hasn't gotten worse, there hasn't been the dramatic improvement I was hoping for.

I do appreciate that she is better from the few days she relapses (which are usually a day after I forgot to give her a 10mg nicotine patch). She never had tremors, and the right side of her body is impaired, and that impairment may be slightly better. Her incontinence seems to be improving. Her memory, however, is not improving.

We both had a 12 ML DMSO push yesterday, and today we were working out at Planet Fitness when a staff member informed us that other patrons were complaining about our "odor." At least we know we are getting DMSO :D

After this experience, I will probably stop the DMSO myself, but keep my wife on for another month, while we experiment with oral versions of the neural peptides Dihexa, Celebrolysin and BPC 157. If oral peptides are ineffective, we will try injections. This expert (Ryan Smith) has convinced me to then try the newer HGH secretagouges which raise IGF-1 and improve cognition.

Care to be more specific? Most of your older posts were deleted.

Excerpt from a German DMSO newsletter.
DMSO – Versatile application and therapeutic potential in neurodegenerative diseases

Starting with DMSO, one of the key components in the arsenal of health toolbox tools, its versatility and healing power in the context of neurodegenerative diseases is shown. DMSO is known for its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties and has proven to be effective in use in conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.

The possible applications of DMSO are manifold and range from large-scale skin wetting to drinking a diluted solution to infusion, which enables individual dosage and treatment depending on the clinical picture and stage. In detail, DMSO is applied externally by spraying a 30% solution, whereby the treatment points such as the belly, back, legs or neck can vary. This application should be done once or twice a day. The solution should work for about 30 minutes after application, without the clothing touching the treated areas. If necessary, dilution can be done with water to minimize skin irritation.

For oral intake, it is recommended to dissolve 2 to 6 teaspoons of pure DMSO in a glass of water. This method supports the internal effect of DMSO, promotes immune regulation and has a regenerative effect on the nerve cells.

In addition to external and oral use, DMSO can also be administered intravenously. For an infusion, DMSO is mixed in a concentration of 7.5 grams with 500 ml of a solution, such as NaCl solution, wrestler solution or ringer lactate solution. Optionally, further agents such as B vitamins, choline bitartrate, acetylcysteine, N-acylglucosamine, galactose, GABA or alpha-lipoic acid can be added to the solution. The infusions are usually carried out 2 to 3 times a week and the flow velocity is regulated between medium and slow, depending on the respective substance, resulting in an infusion period of 45 to 90 minutes.

The healing effect of DMSO is particularly due to the promotion of remyelinization (rebuilding the myelin sheath of nerve fibers), the reduction of edema and the improvement of neurodynamic impulse transmission. As an antioxidant, DMSO protects cells, improves cell nutrition by expanding blood vessels and increases membrane activity and diffusion ability. This leads to an increased oxygen concentration and stabilizes cell functions. In addition, DMSO increases the concentration of acetylcholine in the brain, which is a decisive advantage in neurodegenerative diseases, as it inhibits the breakdown of this important messenger substance. This property is of particular importance, since it contributes to the maintenance of neuronal communication and can potentially slow the progression of neurodegenerative symptoms.

Memory Vital Tincture – Strengthening mental functions and protection against neurodegeneration

After DMSO's versatile uses and effects were explained, we turn to another outstanding healthcare toolbox agent: the memory vital tincture of www.activeMedicus.com , also known as DenkFit. This tincture uses the unique properties of DMSO in combination with proven medicinal herbs to increase mental performance and counter neurodegenerative diseases.

The memory vital tincture is a synergistic blend of ginkgo biloba, Brahmi, Gotu Kola and Greek mountain tea, which specifically aims to improve cognitive function and strengthen memory. These herbs have been known for centuries for their positive effects on the brain and are now combined with DMSO to maximize their effectiveness.

The doc giving my wife her 12 ML DMSO pushes says she has definitely improved.
the IV-DMSO at 12cc, worked no matter what any expert believes,
however it might work better if taken every night orally (diluted of course)
starting with 2cc

Note: a significant portion of the first half of this article is an abridged version of the history detailed within DMSO the Persecuted Drug (internet archive link here) https://archive.org/details/persecuteddrugst00mcgr

The Discovery of DMSO

The simple compound dimethyl sulfoxide can be found throughout nature, and is present in many fruits and vegetables. It was first synthesized by Russian chemist Alexander Zaytsev in 1866. It was essentially forgotten until the 1940s, when industrial chemists, looking for more solvents were curious if this waste product from producing paper could be used instead of being thrown away.

Hi Owen
When you say 12 cc DMSO pushes - is that 12ml of DMSO in 100ml saline?

Might be. I left that to the doc, and you definitely have to dilute the DMSO!
