then i read more about it and remember from school in histo how "collagen manufactoring decreases as you age"
and I wondered why

then I convined my mom to take multigram vitC and she went from always having small bruises on her body to having none and over time, her hair was stronger(and she lost it all during chemo years before hand)

so she and I do PT and my dad just does what she says
