lp(a) testing(measured)

I have low lp(a)
my mom has high Lp(a) despite being on:
12 grams AA
6 grams lysine
2 k2 pills
.5 grams niacin

is there a difference between Lp(a) that is in the blood vs Lp(a) that is in the wall of the arteries? what is the Lp(A) test measure?
The test can only moeasure what is in the blood, it can't measure what is in the artery wall, so how do you measure that?

Where is your mom's proline? In the book and here over long periods we have pointed out that Lp(a) only drops 30% in response to vitamin C and vitamin B3, but we have reports of going to zero when proline is added to Pauling's high-dose protocol.

I blanked on mentioning that!
she gets eggwhites, which are great sources of lysine/proline
per 100grams Lysine: 5515mg Proline: 3153mg

but because of this forum, I knew proline is vital, so I also have gotten her some proline pills< she takes 5/day started about 3 weeks ago

I would get her some powder from here , i dont know if any would be appropriate? cardio C?
