I'm just worried that taking just alpha tocopherol I'm gonna cause some problems over the years...?
No it doesn't deplete.
2. Possibly could be a mixture with synthetic.
Hope both are acetate or succinate?

Opti wrote:eDOC, thanks for taking time to answer me. I have only two health problems, erectile dysfunction and cervical dystonia. My ED got cured with fish oil and vitamin E from non-gmo sunflower oil and when I changed vitamin e supplement from sunflower oil source to gmo soy source ED came back. But anyways, my cervical dystonia has started to become really bad and I'm losing my will to live. I'm so lost at the moment and have started to think about ending my life.

Would you mind sharing what supplements you are referring to?
thanks
