I started taking the Pauling Therapy and just got COVID and pneumonia

I take 5000mg of cardio c daily & I just got COVID & pneumonia. I was surprised that I got sick like that with all the cardio c I take daily.
Do you know if anyone else got COVID after taking so much cardio c

The basic answer is that the amount of vitamin C that is required to fight and squash infections can be significantly higher than the amount Linus Pauling recommended for chronic scurvy (AKA heart disease.)

Sick people can take a lot of vitamin C without diarrhea. The oral daily dosages range from 30 grams (cancers) to over 200+ grams (mononucleosis), spread throughout the day, usually in four equal doses as described in Dr. Cathcart's famous "Titrating Vitamin C to Bowel Tolerance" paper:

The sick body will tolerate very high doses of vitamin C until it becomes well. Then, bowel tolerance drops back to normal levels.

As far as the COVID and COVID vaccine problems specifically, we have just posted Dr. Thomas Levy's articles on 3% Hydrogen Peroxide in a nebulizer to successfully treat COVID, data suggests 100% of the cases following his protocols.

Owen, all details are in the paper below. Nothing oral at all was given. ONLY HP nebulization over the course of 5 days in the described manner and concentration. Quite miraculous, I must say.

It is interesting that nicotine patches quickly resolves "long-haul" COVID in so many people. This success is one reason why many people now think the COVID Vax contains the same toxins that are found in snake venoms. Both Nicotine and Vitamin C can be used to save lives after snake bites.

If I were you I would increase vitamin C to bowel tolerance, add a low dose nicotine patch (to start, as toxin release can be proportional the toxic load) , and use 3% hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer according to Levy's instructions.

Thanks for that information. I'm taking palxovid that I got in the hospital for COVID so i stopped taking all vitamins for a while.
Taking 30 grams of vit c every day is 6 times what I take now. I don't think I could that & couldn't afford it. I'll just continue to take 5000 grams of cardio c a day to clear my arteries of plaque & calcium & stay on the auto shipment of 2 jars a month. The meds should cure the COVID

You might read the Paxlovid insert - ask the Pharmacist for one. Please let me know if it mentions using "snake venoms" and what side effects are listed.

The thing about vitamin C is that it is the least toxic substance known (less toxic than water) and that your body tells you how sick you are, by the amount you can take, and then when you become well.

Owenn The thing is I was very sick with COVID & the hospital had to give me medication that will work quickly. And it helped a lot & hopefully cured me & got rid of the COVID. I had been taking 5000 grams of cardio c for over a month & I still got sick . I had to go to the hospital ER & the medicine they gave me worked & feeling a lot better. In an emergency you might need medicine to save your life

I think you're right. I recovered very fast.I felt pretty good after only 4 days.
I just hope I don't get kidney stones from taking so much vit c. I have a history of kidney stones

Vitamin C doesn't cause kidney stones, it protects from kidney stones!

Low vitamin C and low vitamin b6 can lead to kidney stones.

Until I can get back to you with a clear explanation, use a pH strip and try to keep your first morning urine pH neutral.

If the urine is acidic, try adding some baking soda to your Cardio-C until the urine is neutral.

If the urine is Alkaline (high pH) you need more ascorbic acid!

Stones won't form in pH neutral urine (Linus Pauling, 1986)

Also a good idea would be to supplement at least 300 mg of a good magnesium (e.g. magnesium glycinate) as this is not only good for your heart, your overall health, but reportedly dissolves kidney stones.
